1. Production & Shipping Timeline

All pieces at Lorina Jewels are custom-made.
  • Total timeline (production + shipping): 7–12 days

This includes:
  • Production: 7–10 days
  • Shipping: UAE 1–2 days, GCC 3–5 days, International 5–14 days

Express Production & Delivery:
If you need your order urgently, please contact us directly. We will check availability and confirm whether we can accommodate emergency or express requests.
2. Shipping Regions

We ship to:
  • UAE
  • GCC countries
  • International destinations worldwide

If your region doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to reach out.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your country and preferred delivery option.

4. Customs Duties & Local Taxes

For GCC and international shipments, customers are fully responsible for:

  • Clearance fees
  • Any additional charges applied during customs inspection

Lorina Jewels is not responsible for any customs fees or delays if your parcel is held, checked, or charged by local authorities.

We currently do not offer an automated tracking system.
If you would like updates on your shipment, simply contact us and we will share all available delivery details.
6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is complete and correct.
Lorina Jewels is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
We can assist with courier communication for lost or delayed parcels, but we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
